Each booth will have access to one electrical outlet. You are required to bring your own 25’ extension cord and power strip with enough outlets for your items that need power.
Generators will be turned on when the Fire Marshal deems it is safe to do so. Sometimes this is delayed if the ground is damp.
Please do NOT bring gas generators of your own as they are not cleared by the Fire Marshal and will not be allowed.
Wifi will NOT be provided. The park does not have public wifi. If your booth depends on WiFi please bring a mobile hotspot and your charger.
Your booth will be identified by a sign that has your location number. Please leave the sign visible during the event to help guests identify where they are on the map. At the end of the day, please help event staff by removing the sign from the tent and leaving it on the table.
Booths come with 1 six-foot table and 2 chairs unless you requested something else in your application. Tablecloths will not be provided, please bring your own.
If there are any problems with your booth setup or equipment, tell your Zone Lead (staff in blue shirts located along the center aisle). Do not remove equipment from other booths.
